My areas of expertise consist of maximizing a person’s gain through closely monitored programs and added motivation. Every aspect of your workout will be focused on getting you closer to your ultimate goal. As a result, energy will not be wasted on pointless or contraindicated exercises. I specialize in athletic development, nutrition, weight loss, muscle building and plyometrics. I have been involved in fitness my entire life. I started playing competitive sports at a very young age and continued throughout my high school years. I began an exercise program in grade eight and have been working out ever since. I became a weight trainer in 1999 when Apollo Athletic Club first opened up. I became certified in personal training in 2001, a weight room manager in 2002, and became a sports nutrition specialist in 2005. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing people attain their goals as a result of all their hard work and dedication; whether that is in athletics, weight loss, muscle gain or just general health.
