After years of playing fastball at National and International levels, I have learned that your mind and body can be pushed to many difference levels. Your body is a machine that when fueled and rested properly, can perform beyond your expectations. The mind is a powerful tool that pushes your body to its highest potential. I enjoy helping people to reach their goals and beyond.

Background

I have played a variety of sports at many different levels throughout my life, and now enjoy passing the knowledge I have gained onto others. I now play golf, the occasional squash game and take my dog for walks at the ocean.
